Biography

L. Arthur Rose was born in 1887. L. Arthur was a writer, known for Me and My Girl (2008), Greven från gränden (1949) and Trust the Navy (1935). L. Arthur died in 1958.

In 1987, was posthumously nominated for two Tony Awards for "Me and My Girl": as Best Score, his lyrics with music by Noel Gay, and other lyrics by Douglas Furber; and as Best Book (Musical), with Furber and current contributions made by Stephen Fry and Mike Ockrent.
