Heather Rose was born on October 4, 1966. She was an actress and writer, known for Dance Me to My Song (1998), Prelude to Love (1995) and Heather Rose Goes to Cannes (1998). She died on October 5, 2002 in Australia.

She was born with severe cerebral palsy to an unwed mother whose boyfriend fled around the time of her birth. She was confined to a wheelchair and had to use a voice machine in order to speak.
