Lori Rom was born on August 16, 1975 in Red Bank, New Jersey, USA. She is an actress, known for Resident Evil: Degeneration (2008), He Got Game (1998) and Charmed (1998). She is married to Ronnie Steadman.

Was cast in the role of Phoebe on Charmed (1998) but later left for "personal reasons". Alyssa Milano eventually was tapped to replace her.

Attended Carnegie Mellon University's prestigious drama conservatory.
