Hélène is one of the most iconic figures of French popular culture, whose influence has extended far beyond France for more than three decades. Since the early 1990s, she has enjoyed an exceptional career as both a singer and actress, becoming a household name across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

Born in Le Mans, France, into a modest family, nothing initially suggested she would become an international star. Her first encounter with the world of cinema came unexpectedly when, as a teenager, she was cast in the feature film Le Mouton Noir, alongside Jacques Dutronc. Although this experience left a strong impression, music remained her true passion.

After completing her secondary education, Hélène was discovered by renowned composers Jean-François Porry and Gérard Salesses, who encouraged her to record her first songs. Her debut single, "Dans ses grands yeux verts," was an immediate success and marked the beginning of a remarkable musical journey. Hélène quickly rose to prominence through television, first appearing on Club Dorothée, then as a lead actress in the cult series Hélène et les Garçons, which attracted more than six million viewers in France alone. The series became a global phenomenon, exported to dozens of countries. Simultaneously, her music career reached extraordinary heights. Her album Je m’appelle Hélène sold over one million copies in France, and the title track became an international standard, particularly in China and Russia.

Hélène performed sold-out concerts in major venues such as Le Zénith and the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy. The television saga continued with Le Miracle de l’Amour, Les Vacances de l’Amour, and later Les Mystères de l’Amour, which has now surpassed 900 episodes, confirming her enduring popularity across generations. China holds a special place in Hélène’s career. She has appeared on major Chinese television broadcasts, performed numerous sold-out concerts across the country, and recorded a dedicated album featuring Chinese classics, including "Tian Mi Mi" and "Dan Yuan Ren Changjiu," as well as a unique Franco-Chinese version of "Je m’appelle Hélène." In 2019, she was officially invited to the Élysée Palace at the request of Chinese President Xi Jinping during his state visit to France.
