Jean Rogers(II)

Jean, who is best known for playing Dolly Skilbeck in Emmerdale Farm, was born on February 2nd in Perivale, Middlesex and educated at a Worthing grammar school. Afterwards, she took a secretarial course at Worthing College of Further Education, then spent two years at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, earning her LGSM. She spent three years as a presenter of Watch, a BBC schools program, then a period of time as a presenter and writer for Listen With Mother. She had further acting experience in such programs as Callan, George and Mildred, General Hospital, The Harry Worth Show, then the role of Nurse Rogers in Emergency Ward 10, Julie Shepherd in Crossroads.
