- He is survived by his wife, Lisa Cooperstein; two brothers, Serge Rodnunsky of Calabasas, California and Pierre Rodnunsky of Simi Valley, California; a son, Daniel; and two daughters, Tatiana and Alexandra of Granada Hills, California.
- He moved to California as a teenager and studied political science and economics at the University of California at Los Angeles where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.
