Xavier Robles was born on 25 February 1949 in Teziutlan, Puebla, Mexico. He was a writer and director, known for Red Dawn (1990), El tres de copas (1986) and Zapata en Chinameca (1989). He was married to Guadalupe Ortega. He died on 24 June 2022.
