Biography

James Robinson was born on April 1, 1963 in Manchester, England, UK. He is a producer and writer, known for The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003), Stargirl (2020) and Cyber Bandits (1995).

He worked on numerous comic books, including the 90s version of the classic character, "Starman" for DC Comics. He worked on JSA with David S. Goyer (the writer of both "Blade" movies), a film writer and producer.

In 1997 won The Eisner Award for "Best Serialized Story" for his work writing DC Comics' "Starman comic book.

In 2008 began writing "Superman" for DC Comics and in 2009 authored a "Jimmy Olsen" one-shot.

One of the many screenwriters to submit a draft for the film Freddy vs. Jason (2003).
