In charge of managing all catering and craft service services, for more than 600 people, such as Cast, Crew, and Extras, etc., while managing staff to perform the best abilities across every service. I also managed daily kitchen operations with staff members. (the staff depends on how big is the project). Developed daily entire menu and consistently create new recipes and menus, implementing seasonal ingredients and modern techniques that are required for Ac and every project
