- Born in Lucerne, Switzerland. Before becoming a producer and screenwriter, Margrit Ritzmann, for ten years, was a psychoanalyst with a private practice in Zurich. She also worked as a freelance journalist for major Swiss newspapers. Margrit Ritzmann is a member of the European Film Academy (EFA). She currently lives in Zurich, Berlin and Toronto, Canada.
