- Vilém Rittershain was born on April 6, 1889 in Chrudim, Cechy, Austria-Hungary [now Czech Republic]. He was an art director and actor, known for Syn hor (1925), Paní Katynka z Vajecného trhu (1929) and Písen zivota (1924). He died on February 13, 1963 in Prague, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic].
