Biography

Lee Ritenour was born on January 11, 1952 in Palos Verdes, California, USA. He is an actor and composer, known for An Officer and a Gentleman (1982), Tequila Sunrise (1988) and The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989). He has been married to Carmen Santos since October 21, 1990. They have one child.

Won a Grammy Award in the "Best Arrangement On An Instrumental" category for "Early A.M. Attitude" (with Dave Grusin).

Dedicated his album "Wes Bound" (1992) to his idol Wes Montgomery.

Son Wesley is an accomplished drummer who often jams with Lee and his fellow musicians.
