H & Claire's debut album "Another You, Another Me" was released on November 18th 2002. It peaked at number 54 on the UK album chart.

After Steps split in December 2001, she went on to form a duo with fellow ex-Steps bandmate, Ian 'H' Watkins, to record under the name "H & Claire". They launched in early 2002 and achieved three Top Ten single releases in the UK, before being dropped by their record label due to low CD sales.

Gave birth to a baby boy called Charlie on 8th May 2007.

Gave birth to daughter Daisy on December 29th 2009. Also has a step-daughter Olivia who is 11.
