Jeff Rice is one of Hollywood’s most accomplished independent producers, with a career spanning more than 140 feature films as a producer and executive producer. Known for his commercial instincts and creative range, Rice has consistently delivered projects that resonate with both audiences and critics worldwide.

Prior to entering the film industry, Rice built a successful career as the owner of a real estate and mortgage company-experience that has proven invaluable in navigating film finance, structuring complex productions, and maximizing return on investment. His projects have opened as box office successes, premiered at the world’s leading film festivals-including Cannes, Sundance, Venice, Berlin, and Toronto-and have earned numerous major awards and nominations.

Rice also produced the acclaimed World War II television film The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler, starring Academy Award winner Anna Paquin. Based on a true story, the film earned an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe nomination.

Jeff’s producing credits also include Marlowe (directed by Neil Jordan), May December, Call Jane, The Card Counter (directed by Paul Schrader), and A Private War, which opened to strong critical acclaim and received two Golden Globe nominations. Additional projects include The Informer, Arkansas, The Kindergarten Teacher (winner of Best Director at Sundance), Under the Silver Lake, and Tesla, based on the life of Nikola Tesla.
