Julie Rhine is a 25 year network television Costume Designer. Her passion for her craft shines strong on every production and is a testament to her long term success in the entertainment industry. Rhine is known for her inspiring, eye-popping creative visions and fashion sense both past to future and being a designer who shows up and works seamlessly with both producers and top talent.

A highlight of Rhine's career came when she was nominated for a Prime Time Emmy for "The Drew Carey Show" (For episode "New York and Queens"). Rhine's network TV credits include (along with dozens of network pilots):

Anger Management, Rules of Engagement, The Drew Carey Show, The Middle, Norm, The George Carlin Show, Freddie, Life With Roger, Bless This House, Whole Line is it Anyway? and The George Lopez Show. In the teen genre, Rhine's costume design credits include: Disney's The Wizards of Waverly Place (Creating Selena Gomez signature Boho-Chic look); Sonny With A Chance (Demi Lovato); So Random and Nickelodeon's: Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn; Supah Ninjas; Zeke & Luther; and The Thundermans, Feature film credits include: Cynthia, Exorcism at 60,000 Feet and The Criminal Kind.

Rhine began as a costume supervisor on such award winning network shows as: Golden Girls, Empty Nest, Herman's Head and many others.
