Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Gary Rhine was born on 26 June 1951 in San Francisco, California, USA. He was a producer and director, known for Wiping the Tears of Seven Generations (1992), Rez Robics for Couch Potato Skins (2001) and The Red Road to Sobriety (1995). He was married to Irene Romero. He died on 9 January 2006 in Lancaster, California, USA.

Was an activist whose award winning documentaries focused on
contemporary Native American struggles.

A fifth generation San Franciscan he was also a flight instructor and
trained as a paramedic.

He joined several hundred hippies who headed to Tennessee in 1970 to
found the commune known as The Farm. He lived there for 13
years.
