- Brian Reitzell was born in 1966. He is a composer and actor, known for Lost in Translation (2003), Marie Antoinette (2006) and The Bling Ring (2013).
- Created a soundtrack with Roger Joseph Manning Jr. for a fictional sequel to Logan's Run (1976) called "Logan's Sanctuary", released on Emperor Norton Records.
- He is the boyfriend of Stephanie Hayman, Sofia Copolla's best friend since childhood. Due to his friendship with Sofia and his rather large record collection Sofia asked him to act as Music Supervisor on her first film, 'The Virgin Suicides'. Through this he consequently met the members of Air and began recording and touring with them.
