Biography

Wolfgang Reinhardt was born on December 13, 1908 in Berlin, Germany. He was a producer and writer, known for Freud (1962), Three Strangers (1946) and Caught (1949). He died on July 28, 1979 in Rome, Lazio, Italy.

Son of Max Reinhardt and Else Heims, brother of Gottfried Reinhardt and father of photographer Michael Reinhardt.

A friend and frequent colleague of John Huston's, but they had a major falling-out during the protracted and difficult filming of "Freud", and Huston was unforgiving.
