- Vic's real name is Jim Moir. He is the son of Audrey and James, who was a linotype operator on the Yorkshire Post, then the Northern Echo. Vic is best known for his partnership with Bob Mortimer in the comedy duo Reeves and Mortimer. After his wife left him, he became engaged to the actress Emilia Fox, with whom he co stared in Randal and Hopkirk Deceased. While the relationship didn't last, they remained good friends.
