Biography

Lydia Reed was born on August 23, 1944 in Mitchell Field, New York, USA. She is an actress, known for High Society (1956), The Vampire (1957) and Matinee Theatre (1955). She has been married to Mario Rodolfo Travaglini since January 16, 1967. They have two children. She was previously married to Byron George Stiegemeyer.

After leaving "The Real McCoys" she left acting altogether. As of 2007, she was a wife and mother living in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, CA.

Later changed her name to Tracy Reed.

Best known for her role as Tallahassee "Hassie" McCoy in 145 episodes of the ABC comedy series The Real McCoys.

Studied acting in New York at the Professional Children's School (PCS). After moving to Hollywood, she was schooled daily for three hours on the Desilu Culver lot, as well as taking afternoon classes at the Colin McEwen private school.
