Biography

Les Raymaster was born on July 28, 1909 in Yonkers, New York, USA. He was an actor. He died in September 1980 in Hartsdale, New York, USA.

He was Dick Powell's regular stand-in for 20 years, beginning when they worked together on Meet the People (1944). He also worked as David Niven's stand-in during the early 1960s.

According to a 1962 news story about him, Les' first film role was as a dead soldier in Gone with the Wind (1939).
