Fred Raskin, ACE, a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, began his career as an assistant editor to Dylan Tichenor (Boogie Nights) and Sally Menke (Kill Bill), before earning the title of additional editor on Paul Thomas Anderson’s Punch-Drunk Love and Justin Lin’s Better Luck Tomorrow. He subsequently edited four more of Lin’s films: Annapolis, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Fast & Furious, and Fast Five. More recently, he has received acclaim for his notable collaborations with Quentin Tarantino (Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight, and Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood) and James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1-3, The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker). For his work, Fred has received considerable recognition including two BAFTA nominations and two ACE Eddie Award nominations.
