Lucia Ramirez was born on March 11, 1959 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is an actress.

In "Blood Red" (Absurd/ Rosso Sangue 1981), again by D'Amato, she appears on television together with Mark Shanon in a scene from "Porno Holocaust" re-dubbed and passed off as a soap opera that the two very young protagonists watch.

Lucía Ramírez is a Dominican actress who has primarily appeared in pornographic films made by Italian director Joe D'Amato.

She also played in Erotic Nights of the "Living Dead", "Black Sex" (the first Italian hard film ), and "Porno Holocaust", filming pornographic scenes.

Ramirez filmed her first hardcore scenes for "Sesso nero", which is considered the first pornographic film released in Italian cinemas. The film was a commercial success, grossing over one billion lire upon its release.

Discovered by Joe D'Amato through the producer Ugo Valenti, who made her debut in cinema by giving her a part in "Black Orgasm", Lucía Ramírez was present in the cast of the films of the so-called "exotic-erotic period" of D'Amato alongside Annj Goren, Dirce Funari, George Eastman and Mark Shanon.
