Paul Raleigh was approached by Film Finances Inc. (a world leader in
Film Completion Guarantees) in 2005. In his capacity as Director of
Southern Africa (Film Finances SA), Paul provides a guarantee of
completion to financiers of local film productions. Previously, Paul
was the Managing Director of Moviworld in South Africa and has been
involved in the production of film in South Africa for over thirty
years. He has overseen, co-produced and produced dozens of feature
films and television series, both local and international. Notable
productions include; Tsotsi (UK Film & TV/Moviworld), Stander (7 Arts
Production, starring Thomas Jane), A Reasonable Man, The Hangman's
Daughter-Texas Blood Money (Miramax), Born Free (Columbia
Tri-Star).
