Stepan Puchinyan was born on 28 November 1927 in Batumi, Adjar ASSR, Georgian SSR, Transcaucasian SFSR, USSR [now Adjara, Republic of Georgia]. He was a director and actor, known for Zolotaya rybka v gorode N (2011), Vertikal (1966) and Gangstery v okeane (1991). He died on 15 October 2018 in Moscow, Russia.
