Biography

Jeremi Przybora was born on December 12, 1915 in Warsaw, Poland, Russian Empire [now Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland]. He was a writer and actor, known for Zolnierz królowej Madagaskaru (1958), Eva Wants to Sleep (1958) and Television Theater (1953). He died on March 4, 2004 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.

In 1999, he wrote new Polish lyrics for the French song "C'est si bon" which was written in 1947 by André Hornez (lyrics) and Henri Betti (music). The title song became "To Jest To" and the song was recorded by Krystyna Janda. The original Polish lyrics were written by Henryk Rostworowski in 1952.
