Todd Pringle is an Atlanta-based filmmaker, producer, and commercial director with over 25 years of experience spanning film, television, and branded content. He began his career apprenticing under writer/director Hugh Wilson and went on to work with WSB-TV and Turner Broadcasting, building a foundation across development, production, and post.
Over the course of his career, Pringle has contributed to a wide range of independent projects in creative and technical roles including producer, writer, art director, and camera operator. In 2007, he wrote and directed the short film Nickel Pumpers, which screened on the film-festival circuit, and he has since remained active in narrative and commercial production. His commercial work has been recognized with Telly and Communicator Awards for campaigns he co-wrote and directed.
Pringle is the founder of the award-winning Atlanta-based production company The Idea Studio, which he has operated for over a decade producing high-end commercial and marketing content for regional and national clients. In recent years, he has expanded his focus further into independent feature films, developing and producing original projects that blend character-driven storytelling with strong visual style.
