Jonathan Prince was born on August 16, 1958 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA. He is a writer and producer, known for American Dreams (2002), Four Weddings and a Funeral (2019) and American Soul (2019).

His father, Dr. Martin Prince, served on the Beverly Hills Board of Education from 1967 to 1971.

He graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 1976, the same school that Angelina Jolie, Michael Klesic, Nicolas Cage, Corbin Bernsen, Lenny Kravitz, David Schwimmer, Breckin Meyer, Jonathan Silverman and Richard Dreyfuss attended.

Ex son-in-law of Neil Warner.
