Biography

Emmy, Writers Guild, and NAACP Image Award-winning writer, producer, director, and show-runner Sean Presant is known for his unique mix of heart, wit, and high-stakes storytelling. A graduate of Harvard University and USC's School of Cinematic Arts, Presant has created, written, and produced acclaimed series for Amazon, ABC, Nickelodeon, YouTube, Peacock, and TV Land. He led the hit series Tab Time to six Emmy nominations, three Emmy wins (including Best Writing for Presant for his episode "When We Lose Someone"), a Writer’s Guild Award (also for Presant), and two Image Awards. Sean's films have played festivals around the world, including Cannes, Deauville, and South by Southwest. He serves on the Television Academy's Board of Governors, representing the Writers Peer Group.
