Robert Portal was born on October 29, 1967 in England, UK. He is an actor, known for Mr. Turner (2014), My Week with Marilyn (2011) and The Iron Lady (2011).

Robert Portal recently completed the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge - rowing the Atlantic Ocean and raising over £350,000 for the charity Facing The World. The crossing was completed with friend James Cash and despite high seas, breaking all oars due to the force of the waves and a capsize, they finished the race after 63 days at sea.

Robert is a keen cold water swimmer and member of the South London Swimming Club.
