Biography

His childhood was marked by two constants: his eagerness to be an actor and his usual expulsions from schools (up to eight they kicked him out), which over the years he remembered with laughter.

He remembered his father as a good man and was known to be "a socialist who fought in the war on the losing side".

Where he did manage to enter was at the Royal Higher School of Dramatic Art, where he studied Interpretation. In the late seventies, he had already managed to be a well-known face, thanks to his beauty and ferocity, in the Spanish theater after performing a Romeo and Juliet.
