Biography

Rose Catherine is currently a consultant at BET in the Original Programming Department where she is charged with developing new scripted content for the network as well as overseeing current productions in recent years including Being Mary Jane, Real Husbands of Hollywood, New Edition, Tales and most recently this season's new shows American Soul and Boomerang.

Before BET, Rose Catherine held roles at ABC Network, VP, Development and Original Programming at TV Land, Head of Television and Producer at Cinema Gypsy Productions, and VP of Programming & Production at TV One.

Rose Catherine received an M.B.A. in Entertainment Management and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has a B.A. in sociology with an emphasis in Communications and Economics from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ.
