Herman Pieëte

Herman Pieëte is a sound supervisor, sound designer, and re-recording mixer based in Amsterdam. He works on feature films and television series, and leads a team of sound specialists on each project. He sees sound as part of a film's storytelling from the start, not something added after the picture is finished. Ideally it develops alongside the script, the editing and the characters, rather than being treated as a finishing touch.
