He is the writer/director of North Star, an Oscar-qualified short starring Colman Domingo and Kevin Bacon, and the creator of Crossfade, a hybrid anthology series blending filmed theater and cinema. Palmer is also developing Son of a Preacher Man, a limited series based on his own life.
