Don Packard was born on March 7, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Troll 2 (1990) and Best Worst Movie (2009). He died on May 14, 2021 in Holladay, Utah, USA.

According to his interviews in Best Worst Movie (2009), he was high on marijuana for the duration of his scenes in Troll 2 (1990). He apparently found this the only means of coping with the mental instability he was experiencing at the time.

In the early '90s, he hosted a completely improvised Salt Lake City radio program under the pseudonym "Goldon Delicious".
