- Karla is a classically trained actress and director, having produced several films, including the Imagen Award-winning short film series, The Misadventures of Cholo Chaplin.
Her latest film-Marigold the Matador, can be currently seen on Amazon Prime and Tubi, and was awarded the Jury Award for Best Feature at the Highland Park Independent Film Festival in 2023.
