Djordje Novkovic was born on 2 October 1943 in Vladimirci, Serbia, Yugoslavia. He was a composer, known for Neka daleka svjetlost (1969), Udji, ako hoces (1968) and ZDF Hitparade (1969). He was married to Ozana Novkovic. He died on 6 May 2007 in Zagreb, Croatia.
