Stephen M. Novak

Stephen Novak has been a Sports and Entertainment lawyer over the past 17 years. He is currently engaged in the private practice of law in Carlsbad, California and serves as President of Production for MGA Films. Prior to entering private practice, Stephen served as Senior Counsel for Fox Broadcasting Company and Fox Sports. He was General Counsel for the Los Angeles Rams during the team's final six seasons in Anaheim, California. Stephen is a former appointee of the United States Attorney General as an Assistant United States Attorney, and served as a federal prosecutor under both the Reagan and Bush administrations. Prior to entering law, Stephen earned a degree in film at the University of Texas at Austin. As Executive Producer and Producer, he joins Rick Van Vleet in managing all resources of the project, offering support to the team throughout production and distribution.
