Born On Amsterdam Avenue in the West Harlem section and raised in New York City, Vic attended several colleges under the G.I. Bill after his Honorably Discharged Military service as an Aerial Photographic Intelligenceman/Navy Diver in the Naval Air Fleet aboard a Patrol Squadron in the Elite U.S. Navy's Hunter/Killer Combat Aircrew division. He majored in Pre-Law and was actually encouraged by Actor Herschel Bernardi whom he met at Princeton's McCarter Theatre,to pursue his real life-long ambition of acting.

Vic has been a Harley-Davidson Motorcyclist for many years as well as a body builder and Certified Civilian Scuba Diver. An excellent Swimmer with an Armed Forces Advanced Survival Swimming Certification. Vic has been a certified Lifeguard and has held AAU records for Breaststroke and competitive Diving in NYC. He also studied Uechi-Ryu Karate(attaining a Brown Belt)and competed in several tournaments. He has a hatred of Guns and feels them to have derived from Cowardice. An Animal rights activist and essentially a loner.
Vic Noto was Born(On Amsterdam Avenue) and raised in New York City, of Sicilian/Irish heritage. Vic's FATHER,(Actor/Musician Liborio "Barney" Noto)born and raised in Brooklyn NY, was a Decorated World War 2 hero(Purple Heart and the Bronze Star etc) with the Army's 45th infantry Division and later an Actor Musician himself, and his Mother From "Hells Kitchen", was a Brooklyn Navy yard riveter during the war and later a newspaper proofreader for the Hearst Publication:"The NY Daily Mirror".One of Vic's uncles a career Navy man, during and after World War 2, modeled for famed American Artist Norman Rockwell. Nuclear Physicist Dr. Edward Teller:"Father of the H-Bomb",his Wife and daughter Actually lived with the Noto's for several Years.
Vic Noto has a U.S. Army Reserve Honorable Discharge,in addition to his U.S. Navy active duty Honorable Discharge.
Son of Actor/Musician Barney Noto.
Vic also has an Armed Forces Advanced survival swimming Certification.
