Bill Norton was born on August 13, 1943 in Los Angeles County, California, USA. He is a director and producer, known for Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997), Tour of Duty (1987) and Cisco Pike (1971). He was previously married to Rosanna Norton.

Son of screenwriter, William W. Norton and his first wife, Betty Conklin. Brother of Joan Norton and Sally Norton both of Los Angeles, California; Brother of adopted sister, Teresa Norton Wolverson, of Boston, Massachusetts from his father's second marriage to Eleanor Elias Norton of Santa Barbara, California.
