- Raymond Normandin is an American film, television, and radio producer and writer. He has been a part of the film industry since 1995. He has worked in various capacities, both behind and in front of the camera.
After taking a hiatus from film and television in 2000 to pursue other ventures and spend time with his family, Ray resumed his film career in 2009. That year, he co-wrote the film Maggie's Passage, directed by Mike Norris and co-written by him.
In 2023, Ray signed an "option-joint venture" deal for Time Fighters, one of his original television series concepts, as Co-Creator and Executive Producer, along with his co-creator, actor, producer, and director Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager).
Raymond Normandin is originally from Lowell, Massachusetts. He lives in the Los Angeles, California area.

- Ray was involved in a bank robbery as a hostage on April 13, 2001. It was a Friday the 13th and also Good Friday. The bank robber lost his life in a gun battle with police.
- Ray holds a black belt in multiple styles of martial arts including Tang Soo Do karate. He is a member in good standing with the Chuck Norris System and Mr. Norris' United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF), which Ray began training in 1983.
