Luca Norcen was born in Milano, Italy. He graduated from Milano Catholic University with a MA in Film History and Criticism and from the American Film Institute with a MFA in Producing. A prolific film journalist since 1987, he won the 2nd Prize for Best Short Screenplay with "Nicht Hinauslehen" (EU Jeune Scenariste Awards, Cannes, Mip-TV, 1988). He is best known as a Producer for "Green Plaid Shirt" and "Where the Elephant Sits"
