- Once toured with The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus.
- While working as an assistant director on a film, Randall was advised by Walter Matthau to pursue acting. He later received a scholarship and M.F.A. from the Actor's Training Program at the AL Shakespeare Festival.
- Has appeared on Broadway with Christopher Plummer, Brian Dennehy, and Gabriel Byrne; and directed by the Tony Award-Winning director, Doug Hughes.
