Biography

Tina New was born on July 27, 1970 in Los Angeles County, California, USA. She is an actress, known for Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight (1995), Baywatch Nights (1995) and V.I.P. (1998). She has been married to Johnny Pineda since March 30, 2000. They have one child. She was previously married to Darrell Everet New.

In August 2000 she was a witness in the murder trial of ex-boyfriend Eric Bechler, who she claims killed his millionaire wife.

In August 2000 she sued Dennis Rodman for $10 million. She claimed that he raped her after meeting her in a bar in Newport Beach, CA, on the night of August 20, 1999. She said that she was forced into Rodman's car by his bodyguards and taken to a party at his house, where she was given a drink she claims was drugged and then was raped. Since she waited ten days after the alleged incident to report it, police were not able to gather physical evidence of a rape and subsequently all charges against Rodman were dismissed.
