- Vancouver-based DGC director and producer Trish Neufeld works across documentary, true crime, and comedy. Her latest project, A Lawyer on Trial, a three-part documentary series, premieres on Crave in fall 2026.
She directed Thirst Trap: The Fame. The Fantasy. The Fallout (Paramount+, 2025), a series examining the complexities of internet fame and its consequences, and directed and produced the true-crime series In Cold Water: The Shelter Bay Mystery (Prime Video, 2024).
Her debut feature, Dancing with Mom (2023), premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Her second feature, Lulu Guru: The Man Behind the Yoga Pants (2022), screened in the Whistler Film Festival's First Look program.
Trish also directed seven seasons of CBC's The New Wave of Standup, filmed live at Just For Laughs Vancouver. Her short documentary Save Space Nugget (2017) premiered at the World Community Film Festival and marked her move into long-form storytelling. She runs Story Box Movies.
