Biography

Rik Nervik was born on February 12, 1935 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor, known for Cry Blood, Apache (1970), Holiday (2018) and Gunsmoke (1955). He was married to Carolyn Stellar. He died on August 22, 2019.

Father of teen idol Leif Garrett and Dawn Lyn who was Dodie, the little girl in My Three Sons (1960).

Has also done stunts and was a cameraman. He is one of the founding members of Society of Operating Cameramen.

He left his wife when his son Leif Garrett was very a young. Although he briefly saw his son in hospital in 1979, the family did not reconcile until near the end of his life.
