- For almost 20 years, Nazarov was a teacher of the workshop of Russian theater.
- In the late 1990s, Nazarov was diagnosed with kidney failure . He underwent hemodialysis three times a week . Due to his illness, he retired from film acting in 2009 and left his work in the theater.
- In 1988, he graduated from the props department of the Moscow Theatre Art and Technical School and began designing productions at the Sovremennik Theatre. Specifically, he designed sets for productions of "Murlin Murlo" and "Madame Butterfly" at the Roman Viktyuk Theatre .
- He made his mark in the mid-1990s in Pyotr Todorovsky's film 'What a Wonderful Game,' and he appeared in numerous films until the early 2000s.
- During his school years, he participated in amateur performances , attended a drama club, and performed in school productions.
