- Masaichi Nagata was born on January 21, 1906 in Kyoto City, Japan. He was a producer and writer, known for Rashomon (1950), Ugetsu (1953) and Nichiro senso shori no hishi: Tekichu odan sanbyaku-ri (1957). He died on October 24, 1985.
