[December 1998] Even before I started in this business, before the Penthouse video, I had a girlfriend who had implants and I thought they were cool. I had already had a son and I didn't like my breasts any more. So I got into this business thinking I could make money and get my boobs done. [on dealing with the risk of HIV in porn] I test like everyone else. I don't work a lot and I am very picky about who I work with. It's still a roll of the dice, but I deal with it. I am as cautious as I can be.

I prefer sex over dialog, but every once in a while I don't mind getting a good dialog role so that I can act and play a character. I haven't really had enough acting roles in my career and I would like some every once in a while so I can show my acting ability as well. I'd like to win an acting award at some point, but you have to have a good role for that. No one has really given me that chance. I've had little roles, but nothing really big that I have ever been excited to play.

My parents are happy where I'm at. My mom would do the same thing if she were my age. She likes that I can spend so much time with the kids and still make good money.

[on how her family feels about her porn career] They think it's cool actually. I've been doing it for a long time and I never did it behind their back. Even after the first movie, I came home, called my mom and told her what I had done. I was a single mom, I was on my own and I had to make a living. I was very excited to make that much money for one day of work. I was on different terms with my family at that time, so I just told them it was what I was doing and I like it, so they accepted it. They were happy that I was making money and happy with what I was doing.
