Biography

Lincoln Myers is recognized universally among film crews, cast and producers for his tireless work ethic, knowledge of the medium and compassion while achieving objectives.

He has worked in many capacities in the craft -- including directing, art direction, set decoration and writing. But he is most known for his consistently pragmatic and nuanced approach as a 30+ year veteran Assistant Director, where he strives daily to get directors’ visions translated faithfully to screen, balancing this zeal against economic efficiency.

Lincoln studied filmmaking at the University of Texas at Austin, attending at the same time as director Robert Rodriguez. Growing up in both New York City and Baltimore, he was continually attracted to storytelling in both filmmaking and writing. Following graduation from UT Lincoln moved to Los Angeles, his base for the next 35 years, immediately embarking on a career behind the camera in film, television and commercials.
